Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that comes from the breakdown of uranium in the soil.

High radon levels have been found in all 50 states and in all parts of Colorado.

In Colorado, about half the homes have radon levels higher than the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency recommended action level of 4 picoCuries per liter (pCi/L):

Our Methods

We perform short term initial radon testing typically as a add on service to a property inspection.  We do however offer sand alone radon testing.   The cost for a radon test is $150.00.  A short term radon test takes a minimum of 48 hours.  The results are provided the same day that the test is ended.  We are InterNACHI Radon Tester Certified. 

Our Report

When the inspection is complete, you will receive a PDF written report listing the individual test results and the average.
